BioStack collects and processes data strictly for operational management, facility tracking, batch monitoring, and system optimization related to insect farming and inventory management. Data is utilized to ensure seamless application functionality and personalized user experiences.

You retain full ownership of all operational data, facility metrics, and personal records entered into the BioStack system. BioStack claims no ownership rights over your proprietary farm management data.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your operational or personal data to third parties. Data is only shared under the following restricted circumstances:

To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful government requests.

5. Account Termination and Data Deletion

Upon terminating your account, you may request the removal of your personal and operational data from our active databases, subject to standard data retention policies required for legal or administrative purposes.
