The System Monitor serves as your facility’s real-time dashboard, allowing you to track environmental sensor metrics, live camera feeds, lighting, and switches across your different facility rooms.
Overview of System Monitor Features #
The monitor interface provides a comprehensive real-time view of your facility floor:
- Facility Selector: Located at the top right, allowing you to switch between different facility rooms (e.g., Kælder) and instantly update the monitored data.
- Environmental Sensors: Real-time sensor tiles displaying current readings, status colors based on alert thresholds, historical trend graphs, and ideal target values.
- Live Cameras: Video stream feeds connected to the active room.
- Lighting & Switches: Status overview of facility lights and relays.
Environmental Sensor Tiles #
Each active sensor tile features:
- Current Value & Status Color: Displays the latest recorded metric (e.g., Temperature, Humidity, CO2, Ammonia, Light/Lux, Pressure, TVOC, or Pest Index). Sensor text colors dynamically shift based on alert configurations:
- Green / Theme Color: Normal / Optimal range.
- Amber / Orange (#d97706): Warning threshold breached.
- Red (#c00): Critical alert threshold breached.
- Ideal Value Indicator: Shows the target ideal value configured for the room (displayed with a green dashed line on the graph and an ideal badge).
- Historical Trend Graph: A mini SVG timeline chart tracking sensor changes over the past week up to today.
Facility Switching & Refreshing #
- Switching Rooms: Click the facility dropdown button in the top right header to open the selection modal and pick another room.
- Refreshing Data: Pull down anywhere on the screen to trigger a manual data refresh and load the latest sensor logs.
Tip: Monitoring sensor trends and keeping metrics close to their ideal values helps maintain optimal environmental stability and prevents batch failures across your facility.
