Status Messages Management #
The Status Messages module allows you to create, toggle, edit, and delete custom status labels or operational tags that can be applied to batches, bins, or facility observations across your system.
Overview of Status Message Features #
The status messages table gives you an organized view of your operational labels:
- Text: Displays the label text or message content (e.g., Completed, Harvesting, Quarantine, Active / Growing, Hatching, Planned).
- Active Toggle: An interactive switch allowing you to instantly enable or disable individual status messages.
- Actions: Quick-access controls to edit text or delete status messages permanently.
Filtering and Sorting Status Messages #
- Search: Use the search bar to instantly filter status messages by their text content.
- Sorting: Use the sort options (Newest, Oldest, or Name) to organize your list.
Creating or Editing a Status Message #
To add a new status message or update an existing one:
- Open the Modal:
- Click the floating
+(FAB) button in the bottom right corner to add a new status message. - Alternatively, click the pencil (edit icon) on any status row to modify its text.

- Use the Active Switch on any row to toggle a message’s active state instantly with an automated update.
Deleting a Status Message #
- Click the trash can icon on any row to open the deletion confirmation dialog, then confirm to remove the message permanently.
